Paper settings and optional page titles are processed locally in your browser. PDFs and SVGs are generated there too; they are not uploaded to PaperKind Printables.

If you choose Save setup, the settings are stored in your browser’s localStorage. You can delete them from the generator. Clearing browser site data also removes them.

Word Search, Sudoku and Maths progress can be saved in your browser’s localStorage. It is labelled “Saved on this device only”, is not linked to an account and can be removed with the Forget progress control. If browser storage is unavailable, progress lasts only for the current visit.

Kids Worksheets and Sudoku puzzles are generated in your browser. Your choices (year group, topic, difficulty, puzzle level) are not sent to PaperKind Printables and nothing about a child is collected.

PaperKind Printables itself sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Paper setups you choose to save are kept in your browser’s localStorage; they stay on your device and are never sent to us. Google AdSense and Google’s consent tool may use cookies, local storage or device identifiers as described below.

When you use either picture maker, the description you type is sent to our AI picture service to draw the page. If you ask to see a generated colour-by-numbers page completed, that numbered picture is sent back to the same service to colour it. Please don’t include personal details. We don’t store your descriptions or the pictures made; download any page you want to keep.

Eligible general and adult pages may use Google AdSense to show advertising, which loads Google’s advertising code on our pages. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies (such as device identifiers) to serve, personalise and measure ads, where your consent or another legal basis permits. Online Activities and pages clearly directed at children are ad-free in the site code and do not load the AdSense script. See the Cookies page for a concise list of browser-storage and advertising uses.

Visitors in the UK, European Economic Area and Switzerland are shown a consent message from Google’s Privacy & messaging tool, a Google-certified consent management platform that uses the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. You can choose Consent, Do not consent, or Manage options to make choices by purpose and partner. If you do not consent, personalised ads are not shown to you; limited or non-personalised ads may still appear where permitted. You can change your choices at any time using the privacy and cookie settings link Google provides on the page.

To understand which resources are useful, PaperKind Printables counts simple events on its own server — for example a page view, starting or finishing an activity, printing, downloading, or opening an answer sheet. We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service.

Each event records only the page or resource, the event type, a coarse device type (phone, tablet or computer), a broad traffic source (such as search or direct), and a market guessed from your browser language. Events are added to hourly totals. We never record names, email addresses, typed answers, free text or your IP address.

On children’s and mixed-audience pages — including Online Activities, worksheets, puzzles and children’s resources — only these anonymous totals are kept. No identifier is created and nothing links one visit to another.

On general and adult pages, a random anonymous visit identifier (kept in your browser for the current tab) is used only if you have given measurement consent through the consent tool. It lets us count pages per visit and returning visits. Without that consent, those pages also send anonymous totals only.

Visitors never need an account. The only account is a private owner sign-in for the site administrator. Third parties are involved in limited ways: the hosting and database provider that runs the site and stores the anonymous totals; Stripe, which processes optional contributions; Google’s consent tool and AdSense, which may load only on eligible advertising-supported pages (never on Online Activities or child-directed pages); and the AI services, which receive your typed description only when you deliberately use a colouring or colour-by-numbers maker. Our owner dashboard may send already-aggregated totals (never visitor-level data) to an AI service to suggest improvements.

Basic hosting infrastructure may process standard technical request information needed to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and diagnose faults.

PaperKind Printables is an independent UK website. It does not currently operate an email inbox or message form, so no personal information is collected through contact. See the Contact page for help guides and an optional problem report saved on your device.
