What you can make
Every calendar here is drawn as a vector PDF in your browser, so lines stay sharp at any printer resolution and the page matches A4 or US Letter exactly. You choose the year, the layout, where the week starts and which public holidays to show. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no sign-up or watermark.
The quick downloads below cover the most common setups. For anything else, such as a portrait monthly calendar, Scottish bank holidays or ISO week numbers, open the 2027 or 2026 page and adjust the options before downloading.
Which layout suits which job
- Year at a glance: one page for spotting term dates, holidays and deadlines across the whole year.
- Monthly: twelve pages with large day boxes for appointments, clubs and reminders.
- Single month: one page when you are planning a trip, an event or a busy few weeks.
Holidays and regions
UK bank holidays differ between England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, so each is available separately. US federal holidays are included for US Letter users. When a fixed holiday falls on a weekend, the calendar shows the official substitute or observed day rather than the original date. The dates come from a fixed list checked against GOV.UK, but it is sensible to check official sources close to the time in case of a late change.
A note on paper and printers
A4 is standard in the UK, Europe and most of the world; US Letter is slightly wider and shorter. Printing an A4 file on Letter paper, or the reverse, forces the printer to shrink or crop the page, so pick the size that matches the paper in your tray. If you are unsure whether your printer scales pages, the print calibration sheet will tell you in a minute.
Choosing between the 2027 and 2026 pages
Both pages use the same generator, and each can switch year from its own options, so you never need to hunt for the other page mid-task. The 2027 page opens on next year with the monthly layout ready; the 2026 page opens on this year and is set up for printing the months still to come. If you are planning an academic year from September to July, print the autumn months from 2026 and the rest from 2027.
Ways people use them
- Mapping out the school year, with INSET days and half terms marked in.
- Keeping a shared record of shift rotas or childcare pick-ups.
- Tracking a habit or streak by crossing off each day.
- Planning a wedding, move or project backwards from a fixed date.
